On 10 June 2020, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a main contract of proposed residential development at 270-286 Tung Chau Street and 1-5 Kweilin Street, Sham Shui Po. The project includes the construction of 2 towers of 19-storey residential buildings on a 6-storey podium structure with a 2-storey basement construction. Total construction floor area is 1490m² and the contract sum is approximately HK$500 million.
