We organized an occupational safety and health (OSH) workshop at our construction site and invited experienced Industry practitioners to share with our colleagues about OSH practices and pain relief knowledge. The tutor guided us through practical pain relief techniques to help us discover effective ways to manage and alleviate common work-related pains.
