In 21 November 2023, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a main construction contract of a proposed data centre development at the junction of Tau Ha Road and Kwei Tei Street in Shatin, for a contract sum of approximately HK$4.2 billion. CR will act as the main contractor for providing building construction work, and the works are expected to commence in late December 2023.
