One of CR's completed project, the Superstructure & Podium Main Contract for the Proposed Residential Development at Kwun Tong Town Centre, is recognized with the Project Management (Construction) – Leading Construction and Planning Award by HIREA.

Mostly known as the Yue Man Square by the locals, it is the cornerstone project of the Kwun Tong Town Centre Redevelopment Project by the Urban Renewal Authority, which consists of four residential towers, a multi-use podium comprising a retail mall, public transport Interchange, a new hawker bazaar to relocate former stall operators, as well as landscaped public open spaces connecting pedestrian. The redevelopment project aims to reorganize the aging community and bring about energetic vibes to our city.
