We have set stringent requirements for our suppliers and subcontractors to comply with when delivering products to our clients. While implementing the long-established quality policy and integrated management system to every project undertaken we have also organized and implemented internal quality auditing teams to perform surveillance cross-checking among project sites to ensure clients’ expectations are being met or even exceeded. On the job trainings and mentorship approach have been conducted and adopted respectively to continuously update frontline colleagues with project specific quality requirements. We have implemented quality driven measures to boost quality as well as other key performances of individual staff with incentive oriented tailor made score sheets. We have been conducting study and research to assess the possibility of adopting state-ofthe- art IT skills and technologies in our daily operations which aims at delivering service excellence to our clients and stakeholders.

Through the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) managed by our In-house BIM Team, in a wide range of activities at design, tendering, planning,coordination and construction stages in our project execution,significant achievement have been noted on improved performance,enhanced efficiency, productivity and cost effective operation, and provision of value-added services to our clients.
