A contract was awarded to our company by Kerry Project Management (H.K.) Ltd for the construction of the Proposed Residential Development of NKIL No. 6532 Lung Cheung Road, Beacon Hill, Kowloon, on 18 November 2016. The works include the construction of basement car park, 5 nos. of houses, 14 nos. of villas, 2 nos. of residential towers with 7-storey height, club house, access road work and external landscaping, etc. The site area is approx. 10,600m², and the construction period is 490 days.
