On 23 September 2016, a new contract was awarded by Chinachem Group for a residential project at 2 Serenity Path, Sai Kung. The works include the construction of 3 nos. of 2 storeys detached houses including all associated E&M works & external works (including swimming pool, garden and other landscape facilities ). The GFA is 800m², and the construction period is 380 days.
