CR Construction’s head office welcomed 12 special little staff brought to the office by our colleagues to participate in the "Little Staff Fun Day" held on 17 August.

The little staff first attended the Induction Training. With the companion of our care-taker, they experienced administrative, financial, compliance and other related work. In addition, we also arranged the "Wood Doll - Upcycling Building Materials Workshop", inviting professional instructors to teach our little staff to make cute doll by building materials gathered from our site.

Employees are the company's most valuable asset, and while caring for employees, we also concern the employees' families. In the past, we held various family-friendly recreation and volunteer activities, and encouraged employees' family members to participate. We believe the "Little Staff Fun Day" this time would allow the little staff to experience the daily work in an office and understand their parents' hard work. We also hope that such activities can be an unforgettable memories for the colleagues.
