On 27 February, CR Construction held a working meeting with the theme of "Optimization". More than 90 people including Corporate Management, Department Heads and Project Managers attended the meeting.

Mr. KY Li, our Managing Director, first reported on the completion of the work in 2018. Subsequently, the meeting reported the completion of KPI of departments and projects in 2018 and introduced the newly implemented financial indicators. At the meeting, the Working Committees also made work reports, and Projects discussed the difficulties encountered in safety, environmental protection, quality, management during the development process and shared solutions. In addition, the meeting also discussed the cost monitoring measures of key projects.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. David Guan, our Chairman, made a concluding speech. He said that in 2019, it is necessary to optimize team, mechanism and execution efficiency, focus on cooperation and efficiency, and expect to improve corporate governance, brand and value.
