Building Surveyor Awards 2019 Presentation Ceremony cum Gala Dinner, organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Building Surveying Division, was held on 23 July. CR Construction's project of Caritas Institute of Higher Education was awarded the winner of the “New Development – Client / Client's Representative” category in recognition of the substantial contribution by building surveyors.
Besides, Caritas Institute of Higher Education was also awarded the Grand Award, for which finalist projects were assessed according to six criteria which include Expertise of Building Surveyors, Design, Project Management, Sustainability, Value Management and Caring Practice.
