On 30 December 2019, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a Main Contract for alteration and additional works at Elizabeth House. The site is located at the existing Elizabeth House at 250-254 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The project involves the alteration and addition works of 8-storey podium with carpark, which comprises the alteration and addition of carpark and podium, construction of new basement, renovation of existing structure and finishes at external façade, internal fitting-out works, addition of new building services and facilities, landscaping and connection of existing footbridge etc.
