On 25 March 2020, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a main contract for the construction of a new residential development project. The site is located at Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 at the junction of Shung Shun Street and Yan Yue Wai, which is next to the Sam Ka Tsuen Ferry Pier. This project comprises 4 residential towers with 750 residential flats, podium carpark, clubhouse and landscaping, promenade, as well as all E&M installation.
