On 29 December 2020, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded the main contract for the proposed residential development in 7-9A Cheung Wah Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. It is currently planned to start in January 2021. The project involved the construction of one block twenty-four (24) storeys residential building of 2,678 m² of total GFA, with podium, tower & landscaped area.
