On 5 January 2021, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded the main contract  for a proposed residential development in Tai Po Town Lot No.230, Tai Po Kau, Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong. The project involves the construction of 54 No. of houses, 3 No. of 7-storey domestic block, 2-level basement with car park and clubhouse, swimming pool, emergency vehicular access, external and remaining works. It is currently expected that the project will be commenced in early January 2021.
