On 22 January 2021, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded the main contract for the proposed primary school and kindergarten development at Lot 1928 in DD107, Au Tau, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong. The project involves the construction of the Primary School and Kindergarten Building,  1-storey Swimming Pool Building, 1-level basement with car park, emergency vehicular access, external and remaining works. The total construction floor area is 20,500m².
