On 24 February 2021, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded the main contract for the Proposed Data Centre Development at No. 2-16 Lam Tin Street, Kwai Chung. The project involves the construction of one 22-storey data centre building, 8-storey E&M floor, 2-Level basement car park, and emergency vehicular access, external and remaining works. The total construction floor area is 22,931m². The project scheduled to commence in early March 2021.
