On 2 March 2021, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded the main contract for the Proposed Composite Building at Nos. 25-31 Yin Chong Street, Mongkok. The project involves the construction of a 24-storey Composite Building including Residential, Shops and Clubhouse. The total construction floor area is 3,921m². The project scheduled to commence in March 2021.
