The 35th Anniversary Dinner of the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators was held on November 25 at the Royal Plaza Hotel. Our project, One Hennessy, was awarded the "Green Building Planning Award" for its outstanding environmental performance.

One Hennessy is designed with a funnel-shaped structure to achieve a ventilation effect; during the construction period, the project team attached great importance to energy conservation and environmental protection and was recognized as Hong Kong Green Organization. At the same time, the building used a variety of environmentally friendly materials. It adopted large glass curtain walls to maximize the utilization of natural light, thereby reducing energy loss and heat absorption. The project is an excellent example of the implementation of environmental protection in the entire life cycle of the building.
