On 6 June, the commencement ceremony of the proposed residential development at South Lantau Road, Cheung Sha, has marked a good start to the project. Representatives from the employer and consultant companies graced the ceremony as the guests of honour, wishing every success to this residential project.

The site is sitting right next to the Cheung Sha beach, with a gross floor area of about 8,240m². The project involves the construction of reinforced concrete structure for 25 2-storey high luxury houses and a 2-storey high clubhouse.
