21 June marks the commencement of the transitional housing project of Yan Oi Tong at Hung Shui Kiu. The Under Secretary for Transport and Housing Dr Raymond So Wai-man, BBS, JP, and honourable guests from Yan Oi Tong and the Urban Renewal Authority officiated at the groundbreaking ceremony of Yan Oi House, transitional housing project of Yan Oi Tong at Hung Shui Kiu today, wishing the project a smooth start and every success.

The transitional housing project consists of 2 domestic blocks of about four-storey and is expected to provide 410 units including barrier-free ones, each equipped with a bathroom and a cooking area. The Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) construction method will be adopted in this project. The site occupies around 5,339 square meters and is located near Hung Shui Kiu light rail station with a two-minute walk and with ample community facilities.

We are honoured to play a part as the main contractor for this meaningful project while giving back to the local community by leveraging our experience in residential construction. We believe the provision of transitional housing will help improve the living quality of needy families.
