On 21 March 2022, CR Construction was awarded Nominated Sub-contract for Carcass Works for Proposed Residential Development at Lot 738 in D.D. 332, South Lantau Road, Cheung Sha, Lantau Island Tender from Dynamic Triumph Limited. The site is located at Lot. 738 in D.D. 332, South Lantau Road, Cheung Sha, Lantau Island, New Territories and the gross floor area is about 8,240m2. The Works is the main construction of reinforced concrete structure with basic finishing for 25 No. of 2-storey high luxury houses and 1 No. of 2-storey high clubhouse. The construction period is to suit the Main Contractor’s programme for the overall completion of 690 days. The project commenced in March 2022.
