Over 30 of our colleagues from various departments gathered at Hilti's new Customer Experience Center in Yuen Long to learn about the latest products and technology, such as the SafeSet system that minimizes the risk of anchor failure, the exoskeleton that relieves strain on shoulders and arms during overhead installation work, and the Inventory Scanner that provides live equipment monitoring and updates.

Being the first main contractor paying a visit to the center, our members were able to try out different site tools for comparison and get some hands-on experience through on-site trials. The event was insightful for our members as they learn to make informed choices on choosing the right tools to enhance site operational efficiency and reduce fatigue of frontline workers.
