Over 30 members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM) gathered at CR Construction’s head office to exchange views on one of our recent projects – the Proposed Redevelopment of the Mariners’ Club and paid a visit to the site to understand the onsite practice. The project includes the construction of a 42-storey hotel, of which below 10 floors are the new Mariners' Club and the remaining floors are commercial hotel. The construction floor area is around 46,000 square meters.
