Today, we welcomed 30 of our fresh graduates to the CR family and hosted a Graduate Development Programme Orientation Day at our Head Office. Firstly, we walked through the programme content to let everyone understand more about our company culture. Participants also interacted with their mentors who are from our Management team to get to know each other. As we introduced the mentorship scheme to pair up graduates with mentors, we hope to nurture these new talents via frequent and mutual communication.

At the event, our Chairman Mr David Guan shared a few words to send encouragement to our new joiners- adding that industry knowledge shall be gained gradually through time, while personal attributes, attitude and hard work are far more important. Our Managing Director, Mr KY Li, encouraged our graduates to be proactive and grasp every learning opportunity to gain experience and realize their potential.

We wish our new joiners a fresh career start, a happy journey at CR Construction and a promising future ahead.
