The Groundbreaking Ceremony for The Chinese University of Hong Kong Centralized General Research Laboratory Complex (Block 2) was conducted on 4 November, with representatives from the employer and consultant companies joining to celebrate with us, wishing for a smooth start and successful completion. The project involves the construction of a 7-storey Laboratory Complex including associated site formation, foundation works, superstructure works, fitting out works, E&M installation works, external works and landscaping works. The total construction area is 23,987 m². The project is in support of the government’s vision to develop Hong Kong as an international innovation and technology hub.


CR has accumulated extensive experience in university campus development projects, including academic buildings, laboratories, student dormitories etc. Looking forward, we shall continue to leverage our strengths to construct quality campus facilities.
