CR Construction shows support for The Strive and Rise Programme hosted by the HKSAR government to advocate youth empowerment. Besides making donations, we have sent a few of our staff to act as volunteer mentors, who are paired with mentees, to provide them with guidance and assistance, and also share experience.

At the commencement ceremony, our mentors met with mentees to make an initial connection. In the coming months, they will walk on a journey together, covering a series of fun activities such as orientation, training workshops, diverse group activities and mentor-mentee interactive sessions on personal development and basic financial literacy to help mentees broaden their horizons.
