In December 2022, CR Construction Company Limited is awarded a main contract for the construction of student hostel for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University which involves the construction of the foundation and four 12-16 storey hostel blocks. The buildings include a circular vehicular access and car parks at G-3/F, canteen and function rooms at 3-5/F, modular bedrooms at 5M-14/F and other external landscaping works. The total construction area is 47,036m².
