Recently we have hosted a DISC Training Workshop for our graduate trainees and mentors enrolled in CR's Graduate Development Programme. Through DISC personality analysis, interactive games and group discussions, we learn how to effectively engage and work with different personalities, thereby improving our communication skills and cross-team productivity.
