On 16 December 2022, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a Main Contract for Proposed Tsuen Wan West Development, Building 2 & 8 at TWTL No. 436 and Lot 301 RP and 301 SA, Tsuen Wan, N.T for GTWW Investment No.2 Limited. This project involves the construction of two 15-storey buildings with 2-storey basement car park and emergency vehicular access, as well as external and remaining works. Total construction floor area is 46,593m².
