As the main contractor for the construction project of the Dedicated Rehousing Estate at Kai Tak Area 1E Site 1, we celebrated the commencement of the housing development project at the site earlier, together with representatives from the Housing Society, and consultant companies officiating at the ceremony, wishing for a smooth start to the project.

The project includes the construction of a 3 nos of 27 storeys public rental housing residential towers and 2 nos of 28 storeys subsidized sales flats residential towers, providing around 2,150 rental and subsidized sale housing units. In addition, it covers the construction of 5 storeys of shopping podium block and 4 storeys of government, institution or community podium block, and recreational facilities.

Various technologies such as CR’s Smart Site Safety System and artificial intelligence CCTV system are introduced into the project management cycle to enhance the level of construction quality and safety.
