Time flies and it is halfway through the Graduate Development Programme. Today we hosted a presentation session for our graduate trainees and mentors. A total of 10 teams each delivered their group presentations, discussing professional skills, personal development, social issues, construction technology and other topics. Our mentors from the management team shared invaluable feedback on each group’s performance. 

Given the chance to practice public speaking in front of our Management team, we hope to provide a platform for our mentees to interact and exchanges ideas with senior staff, and to improve their communication skills and practice teamwork. After the presentation, our mentees and mentors had an enjoyable BBQ dinner to mingle and chill together.
