CR Construction Group Holdings Ltd. successfully acquired Zhejiang Construction Investment Environment Engineering Co. Ltd., (ZCIEE) which is wholly owned by major shareholder China Zhejiang Construction Group (H.K.) Ltd. The move is expected to promote the sustainable development of CR Construction.

ZCIEE was established in 2014 and its business focuses mainly on environmental construction and investment in water treatment, solid waste disposal and ecological restoration etc.
