We have successfully completed the construction of Tsuen Fook Kui recently, a Transitional Housing Project at Luen Yan Street, Tsuen Wan, our first project adopting the MiC method. The project will provide 196 units for around 408 residents. 

The HKSAR government has been actively promoting the adoption of MiC in recent years to accelerate the housing supply. We shall adhere closely to industry trends and utilize innovative construction technologies to construct high-quality buildings for the local community.
