The Company Development Conference 2018 was held with the theme of "Consolidation" on 29 January 2018.

At the meeting, Managing Director, Mr. KY Li, firstly reported the completion of 2017 work targets. Followed by the work introduction by the newly formed action committees. Expectations towards the action committees have also been discussed.

Site Agents have then shared their problems and solutions encountered during the implementation of each project based on the previous field research results.

Four investigation teams composed of Site Agents also reported the results of inspection on implementation of Civilization Construction in the four projects, including the Proposed Hotel Development at Tung Chung Town Lot No. 38, Lantau Island, the Superstructure Main Contract (Podium) for the Proposed Residential Development at N.K.I.L. 6514 Kwun Tong Town Centre (Development Areas 2&3), the Main Contract Works for Proposed Office Development at 1 Hennessy Road, and the Proposed Residential Redevelopment at RBL 685 7 Headland Road.

At the end of meeting, Chairman Mr. David Guan made a concluding note that overall performance of the company in 2017 has met the goal and shown promising growth, yet still with room for improvement. While the working conference focused on the project details, especially project safety, the company can then become stronger with solid foundation.
