On 30 March 2023, CR Construction Co. Ltd. was awarded the Main Contract for Repair, Maintenance, Alteration and Addition Works for Facilities in Hong Kong. The facilities are located in six locations including (1) Central, (2) Kowloon East, (3) Gun Club Hill, (4) Ngong Shuen Chau, (5) Shek Kong South and (6) Castle Peak. This Works is mainly for repair, maintenance, alteration and addition works for building services including but not limited to MVAC system, fire services system, plumbing and drainage system and lift installation.
