In 14 September 2023, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a Main Contract of a proposed subsidized sale flats development at Jockey Club road in Fanling for the Hong Kong Housing Society for a contract sum of approximately HK$1.4 billion. CR will serve as the main contractor for providing building construction work, and the works are expected to commence in early October 2023.
