The Proposed Data Centre Development in Kwai Chung, has been recognized with the finalist award in the "New Building Category - Completed Project (Commercial)" at GBA 2023. The Kwai Chung Data Center project showcases a range of impressive green features, which include utilizing green building materials such as eco concrete, quality indoor and outdoor built environment, vertical greening, EV charger provision and rainwater harvesting system.

The GBA, jointly organized by Hong Kong Green Building Council and the Professional Green Building Council, aims to recognise exceptional performances and contributions of building-related projects and organisations towards the development of a sustainable built environment. It encourages the adoption of sustainable planning, design, construction and management of buildings.
