We are pleased to announce that our company has been officially awarded the contract for proposed Logistics Development at Kwai Chung Town Lot (KCTL) No. 531, with a total contract value of HK$3.59 billion. The Site occupies an area of approximately 55,245 sq.m., while the total GFA and CFA of the project are approximately 138,000 sq.m. and 236,780 sq.m. respectively. The scope of works comprises the construction of a 7-storey building atop a 2-storey basement, providing logistics space, carparks, plant rooms, as well as external and landscaping works.

To ensure the project's efficient delivery, we invite experienced subcontractors to express their interest in our specialized work packages (refer to the attached 'List of Subcontracting Packages'). If interested, please submit a completed 'Subcontractor Application Form' with all supporting documents to sublet@czcgl.com.hk, with the subject line: 'EOI for Kwai Chung Cold Storage Logistics Centre – [Your Company Name]'.

While the selection process for certain work packages is currently underway, we still welcome all interested parties to submit their credentials. Upon successful pre-qualification, your company will be registered in our Approved Vendor List (AVL) and may be invited to tender for our future projects as needs arise.
