The groundbreaking ceremony for the Proposed Logistics Development at Kwai Chung Town Lot project, undertaken by CR Construction as the main contractor, was held in Hong Kong.

As the first major modern logistics infrastructure project delivered by CR Construction, the project marks a transformational breakthrough for the company in the high-end logistics facility construction sector, and signifies its official entry into the cold chain logistics construction segment.

Located at Lot 531, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong — a prime position adjacent to Container Terminal 8 — the project has a total gross floor area of 240,189 square metres. Its core construction scope includes a 2-storey basement car park, 7 levels of cold storage space, as well as peripheral ancillary and supporting facilities, with a contract duration of 730 days.
