On 8 February 2018, our company was awarded a Main Contract for Alteration & Addition Works for Wholesale Conversion of Industrial Building at Contempo Place, 81 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong. The site is near Kwun Tong Station. The project involves alteration and addition works for an existing 16-storey industrial building, which comprises of alternation of existing structure, partitions and finishes works, plumbing and drainage installation, curtain wall system and building services installation. The project will commence on 1 June 2018 and scheduled to complete by mid of 2019.
