On 28 April 2017, our company was awarded the Main Contract for Alteration and Addition Works at Cigna Tower, 482 Jaffe Road, Wan Chai. The construction period is 220 days. The Works include the demolition of existing block wall and finishes, alteration and addition of interior structure, and curtain wall, fitting-out works for interior lobbies, replacement of waterproofing system and building services installation. The Project will commence on 5 May 2017 and scheduled to complete by end of 2017.
