A contract was awarded to our company by Kadoorie Estates Limited for a residential redevelopment project at No. 7, Headland Road, Repulse Bay, Hong Kong on 30 March, 2017. The Works include the construction of a 3-storeys high domestic block and a single storey clubhouse with carpark and plant rooms. The construction period is 690 days, and the Project will commence on early May 2017.
