The site is located at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. This work generally comprises the construction of site formation, foundation and superstructure works for an 8-storey Physical Sciences and Technologies Building in about 9414 m2 construction area including associated building services installation works, external works,  landscaping works and demolition works. The contract sum is around $398 million and the construction period is 794 days. The project is scheduled to commence in the end of September 2022 and be completed by early December 2024.
