The site is located at Lot. 738 in D.D. 332, South Lantau Road, Cheung Sha, Lantau Island, New Territories and the gross floor area is about 8,240m2. This Works is mainly construction of reinforced concrete structure with basic finishing for 25 no. of 2-storey high luxury houses and 1 no. of 2-storey high clubhouse. The Contract Sum is approx. HK$378 million and the construction period is to suit the Main Contractor’s programme for the overall completion of 690 days.
